SHIPPING POLICY

  • Flower bouquet and cakes are delivered within 3 hours from the time of order placement.

  • If you have selected fixed time delivery, delivery will be attempted accordingly,

  • Other gift items and nursery products are delivered as per the convenience of the customer. We will inform the buyer about the delivery within 15 mins of the order placement.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Replacement request of a product is always welcome from our end.

  • Return and replacement is applicable on plants and other gift items. Not applicable on cakes and bouquet.

  • Replacement request must be placed within a period of 21 days from the date of receipt.

  • In case like-for-like replacement is not feasible, we may replace it with another product of same value.

  • Replacement request is not valid in case of overwatering, bug attack, extreme heat exposure and other external factors.

  • Replacement is valid for defects within a plant species, not other human-made factors.

  • Whole product ( Plant & pot ) would be replaced by our team if the product is found unsatisfactory to the aesthetic values of our customers.

  • Replacement & Return can be carried out at our store. Our delivery agents will go for pickup at a nominal cost 0f ₹50 per order.

PAYMENT METHOD

As of now we are accepting only two types payment: 

1. Online ( You can use your debit/credit cards/all kids of UPI). For UPI choose Razorpay Payment Gateway

2. Manual Payment (Cash on Delivery)

 However ,in  case of non-availability of cash, you are requested to use GPay/PhonePe/PayTm/Any other UPI.
